Unconventional solutions to life’s transitions.

A different kind of strategy

The Reference Point is a situational strategy practice for when the ground shifts and you can’t quite find your footing. Maybe you’ve tried the normal tips and tricks and now are ready to step outside of the box. I am at my absolute best when I am looking for solutions in seemingly complex and unique situations.

When standard playbooks fail, I help you build a new one in real time.

My name is Kelsey Phillips and I have spent my life building and rebuilding myself (as well as businesses) from the ground up. I thrive when can I assist someone who is going through a life transition orient themselves and find viable solutions for their next step.

You bring what’s unclear
What feels stuck, uncertain, or hard to move forward from.

I organize what’s there
We take it and lay it out clearly. Then work with the actual pieces in front of you : context, decisions, constraints, resources as well as your own unique skills.

You leave with clear, workable options
Structured directions you can pursue and a clear picture of what it would take to follow each.

How this works:

We start with a free consultation to understand your situation and see if it’s a fit.

From there, I’ll send over an initial read(included in consult), a reflection of how I’m interpreting your situation at this stage based on what you shared. This gives you a chance to see how I work and gives us both a clear basis to decide whether we move forward.

The next step is a structured Reference Point session where we take what’s there and organize it into your Clarity Package, a PDF that includes your Reference Map, your Drivers, and your Markers.

This is for:

Women who are in a transition.
Women who are already building but feel overwhelmed, unclear, or stretched thin.
Women working with a business that no longer feels aligned, alive, or functional.
Women who are trying to make sense of what to do next while operating within real constraints of time, energy, and life responsibilities.
